Singapore/Taipei, 21 January 2026 – Aquila Clean Energy APAC (Aquila Clean Energy), a clean energy platform headquartered in Singapore, today announced it has reached financial close for its first solar PV-fishery project in Taiwan, with project financing provided by Bank SinoPac Company Limited (Bank SinoPac). Construction of the 26.3 MWp project in Southern Taiwan will commence shortly. Once operational, the project is expected to generate enough clean electricity each year to power approximately 7,500 homes.

A solar-fishery development installs ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on fixed foundations above aquaculture ponds, enabling the continued use of land and water for fishery operations while producing renewable energy.

Bank SinoPac is the mandated lead arranger for the non-recourse, long-term project financing facility of over NT$ 1 billion. The project was developed by Aquila Clean Energy and supported by Nan Ying Aquaculture Association (NYAA), which initiated discussions with the local fisher community.

This financial close marks a significant milestone for Aquila Clean Energy as the first project in its broader solar-fishery portfolio in Taiwan to reach financial close and enter construction. The company intends to sell the power generated from this project and its other projects through corporate power purchase agreements (CPPAs).

This project is the first agri-voltaic project developed by Aquila Clean Energy. It forms part of the company’s broader 1.6 GW portfolio of solar PV, onshore wind and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

Aquila Clean Energy APAC 天鷹資本潔淨能源 獲永豐銀行支持，完成專案融資
台灣首座漁電共生太陽能專案（26.3 MWp）即將動工

新加坡／台北，2026 年 1 月 21 日 —— 總部設於新加坡的潔淨能源平台 Aquila Clean Energy APAC天鷹資本潔淨能源（以下簡稱 Aquila Clean Energy/天鷹資本）今日宣布，其位於台灣的首座漁電共生太陽光電案場為永豐銀行股份有限公司（Bank SinoPac）所主辦的專案融資（financial close）。該專案位於台灣南部，總裝置容量約為26.3 MWp，工程即將動工。完工併網後，預計每年可供應約 7,500 戶家庭使用的潔淨電力。

漁電共生模式係於養殖魚塭上方架設固定式地面型太陽光電系統，使土地與魚塭得以持續用於養殖作業，讓漁業養殖與潔淨能源共存，達成土地複合利用。

永豐銀行作為貸款銀行及主辦行（Mandated Lead Arranger），為該專案提供超過新台幣 10 億元之專案融資。本案由 Aquila Clean Energy 開發，並獲得南瀛養殖協會（Nan Ying Aquaculture Association, NYAA）支持，由其協助Aquila Clean Energy與在地漁民友善溝通與協調。

本次融資為 Aquila Clean Energy 天鷹資本 在台灣首個進入施工階段的專案，是其在台灣的投資中重要的里程碑。天鷹資本預計透過企業購電協議（Corporate Power Purchase Agreements, CPPAs），供應本案及其它專案所發電力予民營企業。
