Our management team
Alexander heads Aquila Clean Energy APAC and spearheads the business’s strategy, development and growth. He brings a wealth of Asia Pacific renewables experience gained over the past 13 years.
Maree is responsible for leading Aquila Clean Energy APAC’s operations and legal affairs. She brings in-depth regional expertise garnered across energy infrastructure project development and finance over the past 16 years. Together with her team, she heads all corporate operations including ESG.
Christine and her team manage Aquila Clean Energy APAC’s finances in Asia Pacific. This includes structuring entities, controlling, budgeting, tax and the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Leveraging her ten-plus years of Asia Pacific clean energy experience, she also provides data-driven support to enable sound financial decisions.
Together with his team, Hendrik focuses on regional business development as well as leading asset management. He and his team are responsible for conceptualising and realising our clean energy assets to the highest quality standards. This includes leading construction and overseeing operational management and maintenance. He has spent his entire career in the Asia Pacific clean energy industry.
Together with the investment team, Achal is responsible for driving and growing our clean energy portfolio across the region. With more than 15 years’ experience in renewable energy and investment, he has broad sector expertise including enabling, advising, developing and investing in gigawatts of transactions around the world. Most recently, Achal had a significant role in supporting the growth of BESS uptake around APAC.
Our country leadership
Dennis is responsible for leading our Aquila Clean Energy business in Australia and New Zealand from deal origination through to project development and realising our clean energy assets in both markets. He has more than 15 years of experience in the Australian energy industry including leading development and M&A of large-scale renewable projects.
Richard is responsible for leading our Aquila Clean Energy business in Taiwan from deal origination through to project development and realising our clean energy assets. He has a 25-year track record in infrastructure including asset investment, construction and operations management.
Ji Hong is responsible for leading our Aquila Clean Energy business in Korea from deal origination through to project development and realising our clean energy assets in market. He has more than 25 years’ project development experience including leading renewable energy development locally and abroad.
Kuriyama-san is responsible for leading our Aquila Clean Energy business in Japan from deal origination through to project development and overseeing our operational clean energy assets. He has 30 years’ experience across finance and renewables including investment banking and project finance.
